Season record: 3-3 Prediction: Dolphins 20, Ravens 14

Comment: Baltimore has won six of the past seven meetings, but this Ravens team is struggling. Joe Flacco is no longer a quarterback to fear, and the defense isn’t as dominant. Thursday nights are a crap-shoot, but the short week coming off two comeback wins bodes better for Miami.

Season record: 4-2 Prediction: Dolphins 19, Ravens 17 Comment: The Ravens almost seem like a division opponent at this point, and Baltimore has beaten Miami in three of the past four years. But this one gets changed by a sprinkling of Matt Moore Magic. It’s like our version of Old Bay.

Season record: 4-2 Prediction: Dolphins 20, Ravens 17 Comment: This is a battle between the NFL’s two worst offenses, but Matt Moore’s gun-slinging nature should open up Miami’s passing game. Even though the Dolphins only had one official practice day this week, don’t be surprised by Moore’s effect on the offense.

Season record: 3-3 Prediction: Ravens 20, Dolphins 17

Comment: Thursday night’s prime-time game pits two teams heading in opposite directions. The resurgent Dolphins have won 13 of their past 17 regular-season games, and six of eight on the road. The Ravens’ season is unraveling, losing four of their past five. But the Ravens always play well against the Dolphins, especially at home.

Matt Lincoln CBS12 Sports Director

Season record: 3-3 Prediction: Ravens 23, Dolphins 20 Comment: This is a tough spot, with so many injuries on a short week. The Ravens’ season could really go down the tubes with a loss, so they have more to play for. The Ravens are at home, against a depleted Dolphins team, who they have a history of pushing around.

Steve Svekis Assistant Sports Editor

Season record: 4-2 Prediction: Dolphins 17, Ravens 12 Comment: The Dolphins will try to get their running game back on track against a Baltimore defense allowing 169.4 yards a game since Sept. 17. Miami’s second-half defense during the three-game win streak has been top-notch, allowing a mere 4.7 points and 98.3 yards per second half, while also averaging two sacks and a takeaway.
