Nov. 26: Light Up Mount Dora. This 35th annual event ushers in the holiday season in this quaint Central Florida town in a sparkly way. Nov. 21-Jan. 7: ICE! at Gaylord Palms Resort. With more than 2 million pounds of carved ice, this presentation is kept at 9 degrees Fahrenheit in which you’ll see hand-carved ice sculptures, ice slides, live ice carving and a celebration of holidays from various cultures.
