Country music fans: The twostory Ocean Ridge estate that stars in rising artist Jenny Tolman’s music video for “Something to Complain About” is up for sale, listed for $24.95 million.

Completed in 2017, the 13,542-square-foot oceanfront estate at 6161 N. Ocean Blvd. has a unique entry walkway, with two ponds on either side that lead to striking glass double doors. The transitional-style house features five bedrooms, six full and three half bathrooms, a chef ’s kitchen, elevator, club room with built-in bar and wine cellar, and a secondfloor grand master wing. Interior design features include a whiteoak floating staircase with glass railings, oak and limestone-tile flooring, designer wall coverings and smart-house technology.

With vanishing pocket sliders throughout, the interior and exterior living spaces merge, so residents can easily enjoy access to the resort-style pool and 158 linear feet of direct ocean frontage.

“The house is really a triple threat,” said Nicholas Malinosky, executive director of luxury sales at Douglas Elliman Real Estate in Delray Beach, who holds the listing along with Randy Ely. “The floor plan is designed for entertaining throughout the entire first floor. Every room has direct ocean views and opens to the ocean.

“The elevation of the property is special, too. You drive up to get to the property, so it’s almost like you’re on top of the ocean.

There’s also privacy. You cannot see people walking on the beach, and they cannot see you.”

The gated estate is owned by West Palm Beach-based Ocean Ridge 6161 N. Ocean LLC, which acquired the land in June 2013 for $6.15 million. To build and design the house, the company put together a team consisting of customhome builder Mark Timothy Inc., Affiniti Architects and Marc-Michaels Interior Design, all of which have offices in Boca Raton.

“The builder, architect and designer are sort of a dream team for luxury oceanfront properties,” Malinosky said. “Everything in this property is totally designer and finished to perfection. It’s really got everything that today’s buyer would want.”

In the music video, which premiered on the CMT network on March 13, Tolman is seen singing and playing guitar as she walks throughout the house. Tolman has opened for acts such as Alabama, Michael Ray, Brandy Clark and Cole Swindell.

Her debut album, “Jennyville,” is being produced by Grammy-nominated Dave Brainard, and she was named “New Country Artist You Need to Know” by Rolling Stone in October 2017.
