Florida politicians not listening to voters

It seems more and more that our Florida elected officials are going out of their way to discount the voices of the very people who put them in office.

Your op-ed on raising the constitutional amendment passage vote from 60 percent to 66.7 percent clearly exemplifies this attitude.

In my opinion, it’s just one more reason to impose term limits on every elected official in every office. Imagine the conundrum of this being a people’s amendment which can then be ignored by the representatives in office.
