A woman in Texas doesn’t know how it happened, but her credit card company told her two men have been going on a shopping spree around Broward County using her account.

Now, the Broward Sheriff’s Office is hoping someone will recognize the men seen on surveillance videos.

Security cameras recordspent ed them using a fraudulent credit card to buy more than $3,500 worth of merchandise at Publix supermarkets in November, investigators said.

The thieves spent a total of $1079.53 in two trips to a Lauderhill Publix, another $631.75 at a Publix in Margate, a total of $1070.77 in two visits to a North Lauderdale Publix, one charge for $420.24 at an Oakland Park Publix, and $339.50 at a Publix in Tamarac, detectives said.

The surveillance videos show one suspect is a bald, heavyset man with a faint goatee. He wore a black Vneck shirt with a white undershirt and black pants. The second man has a medium build and a goatee. He wore a black T-shirt, army fatigue shorts, a brown cap and sunglasses.

Investigators are asking anyone with information to contact Detective Natasha Duran at 954-720-2250 ext. 217.

Anonymous tips can be given to Broward Crime Stoppers at 954-493-8477 or online at browardcrimestoppers.org. Anonymous tips that lead to an arrest are eligible for a reward of up to $3,000.
