Douriet right on target in a blowout win

Palm Beach Central quarterbac­k had 6 TD passes in the first half

Palm Beach Central quarterbac­k Anarjahe Douriet had the game of his life in just the first half of the Broncos’ 47-18 win over Dwyer on Thursday.

The Broncos senior quarterbac­k threw for six first-half touchdowns and finished 308 passing yards in a 47-18 win over Dwyer. Douriet was 13 of 19 and hit Bryan Robinson for three scores.

The Broncos senior wide receiver caught three touchdowns and finished the game with 103 receiving yards. He has four touchdown catches this season.

Elijah Black | Dillard

The Panthers’ senior athlete returned an intercepti­on for a touchdown as the Panthers came back to beat Miramar.

Marcus Joseph | Palm Beach Gardens

The senior WR/DB pulled down an intercepti­on on defense and had a 37-yard touchdown reception in the Gators’ 50-3 win over John I. Leonard.

Max Balthazar | University School

The Sharks’ sophomore running back rushed for 117 yards and a 21-yard touchdown as U-School beat Hialeah 35-27.

Tyler Kolb | Palm Beach Gardens

The senior QB was an efficient 10 of 16 for 160 yards and two touchdowns. He also had a rushing touchdown in the Gators’ 50-3 win over John I. Leonard.

Alex Law | ChaminadeM­adonna

Law helped lead the Lions to a blowout victory over Hallandale, tossing three touchdown passes.

Jamal Potts | American Heritage-Delray

The senior defensive back had two intercepti­ons, including a pick-6 in the Stallions’ 42-7 win over Coral Springs Charter.

DeMarcus McEachern | Coconut Creek

The Cougars senior accounted for five touchdowns in Coconut Creek’s win over South Plantation. McEachern had three passing touchdowns and two rushing.

Adrian Moncrieffe | Forest Hill

The junior running back rushed 16 times for 129 yards and 2 touchdowns as Forest Hill edged Seminole Ridge, 20-14. He also had a catch for 35 yards.

Pete Zamora | Monarch

The Knights’ sophomore quarterbac­k continued his strong start to the season, going 14-for-20 passing the ball, racking up 255 yards and scoring three touchdowns as Monarch beat Piper 35-0.

Keyshawn Cunningham | Forest Hill

The senior defensive back had 2 pass breakups, 5 tackles, and an intercepti­on on the goal line late game to preserve the 20-14 win over Seminole Ridge.

Brady Brauner | Monarch

Brauner caught a pair of Zamora’s touchdown passes, racking up 87 receiving yards.

Halin Elmon | Boca Raton

The senior running back ran for 120 yards and a touchdown and also returned an intercepti­on for a score in the Bobcats’ 29-0 win over Olympic Heights.

Brody Palhegyi | Cardinal Gibbons

Palhegyi helped the Chiefs get on the right track, completing 15 of 23 passes for 235 yards and a touchdown.

Matthew James | Saint Andrew’s

The sophomore QB/FS ran twice for 42 yards and a touchdown and had 8 tackles and an intercepti­on in the Scots’ 22-14 win over Pembroke Pines Charter.

Troy Stellato | Cardinal Gibbons

Stellato was Palhegyi’s biggest target this week, catching six passes for 125 yards, 71 of which came on a touchdown reception.

Markel King | Park Vista

The sophomore running back returned two kicks for touchdowns in the Cobras’ 41-0 win over Boynton Beach.

Jack O’Keefe | Cardinal Gibbons

The Chiefs’ linebacker had 14 tackles in their win over Miami Palmetto, including three tackles for loss and one sack.

Presley Almond | King’s Academy

The senior running back finished with 103 yards on eight carries and three rushing touchdowns for the Lions in a 58-0 win over Somerset Academy Canyons.

Ketron Hadley | Royal Palm Beach

The senior athlete hauled in eight receptions for 103 yards and had the game-winning touchdown in the 16-13 victory over Suncoast. Hadley also had six tackles, a fumble recovery and blocked a punt for a touchdown as the Wildcats have won two straight after a 20-game losing skid.

Morgan Suarez | Wellington

The senior kicker connected on four field goals, including a 50-yarder, in a 27-24 overtime loss at Glades Central.
