■ Delray Beach: Arts Garage, 94 NE Second Ave., is open.
■ Delray Beach: Spady Cultural Heritage Museum, 170 NW Fifth Ave., is open.
■ Juno Beach: Loggerhead Marinelife Center will reopen Thursday
■ Palm Beach County: Parks with beaches will be unguarded and county offices and recreational facilities will remain closed until Thursday

■ Homestead: Everglades National Park opened Wednesday.

Government services: Transportation, sanitation, shelters and more Palm Beach County
■ West Palm Beach: Palm Beach International Airport reopened Wednesday. All PBI parking lots are open to the public. Check airline for flight status before arrival.
■ Port of Palm Beach: Reopened Wednesday.
■ Palm Beach County Courts will resume operations Thursday
■ Palm Beach County: County offices reopen Thursday.
■ Palm Beach County: Garbage collection resumed in unincorporated Palm Beach County Wednesday.
■ West Palm Beach: City garages are open. People who parked their vehicles in the garage for protection from the storm have 48 hours to remove vehicles. After 48 hours, there will be an assessment of $10 per day.
■ West Palm Beach: Sanitation service (yard waste and garbage pickup) resumed Wednesday
■ West Palm Beach: Code Enforcement Special Magistrate Hearing canceled Wednesday

■ Broward County government reopened Wednesday, including parks, libraries and animal care.
■ Broward County: Residential drop-off centers for the disposal of bulk waste, household hazardous waste and electronics recycling accepting items Wednesday. The county landfill at U.S. 27 and Sheridan Street reopens Wednesday. Broward.org/Waste

■ Palm Beach County: Keiser University will open its residential Flagship Campus at 2600 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, on Thursday.
■ Boca Raton: The Lynn University campus reopens Thursday.
Broward County
■ Nova Southeastern University campuses throughout Florida open Thursday. This includes clinics and libraries.
Miami-Dade County
■ Miami Gardens: St. Thomas University opened Wednesday. Classes will resume Thursday.
■ Miami Gardens: Florida Memorial University classes and normal operations resume Thursday. Fall Convocation will be rescheduled.
Community, health Palm Beach County
■ Palm Beach County: The West Palm Beach VA Medical Center’s rural clinics in Clewiston and Moore Haven closed through the remainder of week.
