Another Broward assisted-living facility has outbreak virus
Two residents and two employees are infected with the coronavirus at Covenant Living of Florida, a facility in Plantation.
Both residents are being cared for in the hospital, and both employees are isolating at home, said spokesman Randy Eilts.
Eilts declined to say how long the residents had lived at the facility. Administrators have said they expect to see more cases at the facility, despite preventative measures such as screening visitors and employees and delivering meals to resident’s rooms.

An associate at a Publix in Boynton Beach has tested positive for the coronavirus, a spokeswoman confirmed Monday.
The employee works at the store at 133 N. Congress Ave. The worker and all who came in close contact have been quarantined for 14 days, and will be paid during that time, said spokeswoman Maria Brous.
At least four other Publix employees have tested positive for the virus in Florida, and one case was confirmed in Cummings, Georgia.
