Biden has a coronavirus plan. Trump lied about virus’s seriousness

-

To those that think Joe Biden can’t do anything different that what President Trump has been doing concerning the coronavirus, just take the time to read Biden’s website ( joebiden.com/covid19). Due to the lack of air time Biden gets, he can’t go in depth about his plan. By reading, you’ll get a better perspective of what he wants to do when in office. But let’s look at what President Trump has done so far. To begin with, no one should blame him for the virus being here, but we can blame him for his utter failure to deal with it. A president’s first and foremost obligation is to the health and welfare of all his constituents. A president should not lie to the country about the how deadly this virus is, as Trump admitted to doing in his Feb. 7, 2020 conversation with Bob Woodward, in which he admitted that the virus was at least five times deadlier then the flu while saying he wanted to “play it down.” Not having faith in the people and making this virus into a political tug of war is criminal. A leader leads not by golfing while thousands are dying but by trusting scientific evidence, and surrounding oneself with experts that may tell you things you might not like to hear. Of all the lying and devious plots this president has thought up, not being truthful to the American people about the virus is the most egregious, unforgivable criminal act of them all. How much blood is on his hands?
