I can’t say I’m shocked (shocked!) to find the news filled with so many men behaving badly, and while most of us come to our senses — comedian John Mulaney chronicles his terrible, horrible, no good, very bad 18 months in an honest and entertaining way on the tour he’s bringing to Hard Rock Live — it’s all so tiresome. Thankfully, this week includes a lot of strong women to pay attention to, from Lainey Wilson to Miranda Lambert and Lauren Bacall. Below find some of the recommended main events in the week that will be.

Leading Ladies

8 p.m. Wednesday, May 11, at Hard Rock Live, Hollywood. $36+; MyHRL.com

Some of country music’s best up-and-coming singer-songwriters happen to be women, including the lineup of the Audacy-sponsored Leading Ladies show: Lainey Wilson (recent winner of Academy of Country Music Awards for New Female Artist of the Year and Song of the Year for “Things a Man Oughta Know”), Carly Pearce (“Never Wanted to Be That Girl”), Gabby Barrett (“I Hope”), Lauren Alaina (“Road Less Traveled”), Morgan Wade (“Wilder Days”), Tenille Arts (“I Hate This”) and Priscilla Block (“My Bar”).

‘Casablanca’

8 p.m. Friday, May 13, at Old School Square,

Delray Beach. Free; Facebook.com/DelrayBeachParks

The free Movies in the Park series continues in downtown Delray Beach with “Casablanca,” the Bogart-Bacall classic that spawned the resurgent meme among amateur satirists who are “shocked, shocked to find” something or another going on in these extraordinary times. It’s BYO lawn chairs and blankets, and free popcorn and snow cones will be available, courtesy of the Delray Beach Police Department.

Juan Luis

Guerra

8 p.m. Friday, May 13, FTX Arena, Miami. $95.24+; Ticketmaster. com

The iconic Dominican crooner brings his Entre Mar y Palmeras Tour to Miami, where one of his most enthusiastic American audiences will hear favorite hits such as “Rosalía,” “El Farolito,” “Visa Para un Sueño,” “La Bilirrubina” and many more. Scattered tickets remain.

John Mulaney

8 p.m. Friday-Saturday, May 13-14, at Hard Rock Live, Hollywood. $88+; MyHRL.com

The Emmy-winning former “SNL” star is unsparing in his examination of his failures during an unfortunate period in his life, including a drug relapse and divorce. His comeback tour, titled “From Scratch,” has been a hit with college fans across the country. “It was brilliant,” a Vanderbilt reviewer gushed, quoting Mulaney: “In the darkest time of my life, I never thought I would have gotten out and I’m grateful that I can still be here and do this.”

‘The Godfather’ Trilogy

Friday-Sunday, May 13-15, at Coral Gables Art Cinema. $11.75; GablesCinema.com

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of a culture-defining moment, the original 1972 release of Francis Ford Coppola’s “The Godfather,” the three films in the trilogy were digitally restored and converted to 4K HD technology under the direction of Coppola himself, including a re-edit of the final film.
