White supremacy is domestic terrorism
Where are we as a nation?
Democracy will not work without a moral compass. Why are we not trying to stop these horrific hate crimes and blatant acts of domestic terrorism? We’re experiencing the fruits of the labors of the far right and their so-called Great Replacement Theory. We’ve seen racially motivated mass shootings accelerate over the last six years.
These brainwashed individuals with their sick manifestos have committed mass shootings by targeting a Black church in Charleston, a Jewish synagogue in Pittsburgh, Hispanics at a store in El Paso and just last weekend, Blacks at a market in Buffalo and Asians at a church in California.
How far are we going to slide before we acknowledge that White supremacists are domestic terrorists, and should be treated as such? These mass shootings are acts of domestic terrorism and our far-right politicians refuse to act. How many more lives have to be lost because of the far right and their QAnon and Great Replacement Theory beliefs?
Top Republicans embrace this Great Replacement Theory. Why are they in office in city, state and federal governments? They are a major part of the problem in this country. Until we vote them out, these racially motivated mass shootings will continue. Their silent acquiescence speaks volumes and emboldens domestic terrorists.
Make no mistake, the far right condones this aberrant behavior. If we want to end domestic terrorism, we must vote politicians out of office who sit by silently and, by refusing to take action, silently approve of these White supremacists to commit these hate crimes and acts of domestic terrorism.
