There are many ceremonies planned for Memorial Day on May 30. Here’s a look at some events taking place throughout Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties.

Broward County

Great American Beach Party, 11 a.m.-6:30 p.m. May 28. The LOOP will have a military tribute, sand sculpting contest, water slide, family activities (face-painting, crafts, etc), a classic car show, art show/exhibits, vendors and a lineup of bands.
