The Sweetwater-Nolan County Health Department (SNCHD) is currently giving flu vaccine. If you have questions about Influenza or Flu vaccines, please call us at 325-235-5463.
We take Medicare part B for those 65 and older and we also take CHIP and Medicaid for children. We do not take private insurance. Flu vaccine is $25 cash or check for adults (with or without insurance) and $10 for children (with or without insurance).
The Sweetwater Nolan County Health Department will be closed Monday, January 1st for New Year’s Day and Monday, January 15th for Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
ImmTrac 2 is a free service provided to you by the Texas Department of Health. This service plays an important role in protecting your child’s immunization records. ImmTrac 2 works by allowing immunization providers across Texas to record and store the information necessary to correctly identify your child and to track his or her immunization status. Participation in ImmTrac 2 is voluntary. To have your vaccines put into the database, talk to our ImmTrac 2 Specialist. This service is available for adults, also.

Clowers has worked for the City of Sweetwater for 18 years in multiple departments and capacities, most recently as the Assistant Utilities Director.
