The 6th Annual Sweetwater Lions Club Cruise and Car Show is rolling into town on March 8-9.

The last Lions Club Car Show was a huge success. During that Car Show, there were 291 vehicles on premises with 310 registered making it one of the biggest in the Big Country.

Registration will begin at 7:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Judging will begin at 8:30 a.m. Awards will begin at 3:00 p.m.. The event will be sponsoring 36 classes and the event organizers will be awarding 1st & 2nd place plaques. We have big cash prizes, custom trophies, DJ music, food vendors, raffles, cornhole boards, pedal car races, hot wheels races, and more. Bring your canopies (with tie downs), chairs, and come be a part of the fun and help keep growing this show and be the best one yet!

The Car Show will have trailer parking, shade, and security for the hotels in town, and a shuttle to get you to and from the Nolan County Coliseum if you want to see the festivities down there.

The event will run in conjunction with the annual Rattlesnake Roundup.

The Sweetwater Lions Club raises money to continue their annual vision screenings for the youth in our community and to be able to send kids to camp that have medical conditions and qualify for absolutely no cost to them.

The Sweetwater Lions Club also donates money to the Texas Lions Camp for operations, scholarships, donations to local community events, and food drive.

Lions Club provides both indoor and outdoor flea markets at the World’s Largest Rattlesnake Roundup.

Tickets are available for the event and car show vendors are welcome. Food trucks are welcomed for this event.
