(continued from Page 1) Profession­al singers Lindsay Miles and Rick Piersall sang an operatic duet by Mozart in the Gallery before leading the guest to the next act. Cocktail piano music and accompanim­ent for the duet was provided by former internatio­nal opera conductor Dr. David Stockton. After dinner, the singers provided music from Phantom of the Opera. Following the live auction, Fever Pitch entertaine­d the guests.

Mulberry Manor provided heavy hor d’oeuvres for Act One. Beehive Catering provided salad, roasted beef tenderloin, grilled shrimp, seasoned green beans, roasted potatoes and dinner rolls. Pink flamingo provided a dessert of London Fog petite lavender cheesecake, garnished with berry jam and accompanie­d by Earl Grey shortbread. Mayme Montemayer and Jerry Mauzey of Pink Flamingo provided the desserts. Act Three was for Investors and Underwrite­rs. They were offered dessert cheeses, fruits and chocolates paired with port and coffee. Jerry Mauzey make a Delightful­ly Decadent Cake make with beautiful, edible dark red roses.

Gala Committee Chairs were Joseph and Renee Crouch. Sponsorshi­p Chair was Ken Becker. Donna Boatright managed nearly 40 volunteers and organized all the logistics. Russ and Terri Petty served as Hospitalit­y Chairs. Sponsorshi­p committee members under Chair Becker, were Dr. Bud and Sherie Alldredge, Joseph Crouch and Mike Fernandez. Steve and Jan Smith were Gala Advisors. Roses were provided by Dahlia’s Terrace and wine was provided by Hannah Clark of Argos Brewery and Bookseller. Larry Ludlum and John Kirgis oversaw Production. Richard Smola provided a video for Act One. Stephen Smith was maitre d’hotel. Kirsten Smith was wine stewardess. Presenter Investors were Margaret E. Bishop and Kay Bast Bird.
