JUNG JEAN

Jung Suh Jean, 89, of Texarkana, Texas, died Thursday, Aug. 25, 2016. Ms. Jean was born March 6, 1927, in Hue Ju, Korea. She was retired from Red River Army Depot, a former business owner and a member of Unity Baptist Church and Texarkana Korean United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip R. Jean; and one son, John H. Jean.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Sam Suh and Kim Pa of Plano, Texas, and Dr. James and Kimberly Jean of Texarkana; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at East Funeral Home, Moores Lane, with Jin Jong officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
