NEW YORK—“Better Call Saul” star Bob Odenkirk has nabbed a book deal to write essays about his life and comic journey.

Random House announced Wednesday the book will explore Odenkirk’s career working at Chicago’s Second City to writing and acting on “Saturday Night Live,” ”Late Night with Conan O’Brien,” ”Mr. Show,” ”Breaking Bad” and “Better Call Saul.”
