The annual DeKalb Oktoberfest 5K run/walk Saturday, Sept. 24, 8 a.m. Registration is $20 with special pricing for school teams and families. First 50 paid entries will receive a t-shirt.

The 5th Annual Amanda Woodman Memorial CASA Colorful 5K and family fun run will be held Sept. 24 at the cross country track at Trinity Baptist Church. Registration begins at 8 a.m. with the children’s run at 8:30 and the adult run at 9. There will be a children’s area with many fun activities. All proceeds benefit CASA for children.
