TISD trustees to discuss playground equipment for school

The Texarkana Independent School District Board of Trustees will meet at 6 p.m. today to consider playground equipment for Theron Jones Early Learning Center and Spring Lake Park Elementary, football equipment and supplies, field house flooring, vehicles and the 2017 budget calendar.

Members will also hear a report from the Martha and Josh Morriss Mathematics and Engineering Elementary School. The meeting will be held in the TISD District Services Building, 1600 Waterall St., Texarkana, Texas.
