Anita Polo Pollente

Anita Polo Pollente, 80 of Texarkana, AR passed away on Monday, May 29, 2017 at her home. She was born on June 3, 1936 in Tandoc, CamSur Philippines.

Mrs. Pollente was a member of St Edwards Catholic Church and a homemaker.

Preceded in death by her husband, George Royol Pollente, oldest daughter, Aida P. Pollente.

Survivors included six daughters and son-in-law; Maria and Stanley Woods of Texarkana, AR, Maria Luisa Lagutang of Manila, Philippines, Melanie P. Escobar of Manila, Philippines, Veronica P. Cordero of Antique, Philippines, Rita P. Pollente of San Jose Del Monte Bulacan, Luzviminda P. Pollente of San Jose Del Monte Bulacan; two sons, Eduardo P. Pollente of Masbate, Phillippines and Edwin P. Pollente of Manica, Phillippines; sister, Ruth Escultura Polo of Maasin Leyte, Philippines; two granddaughters, Jessica M. Woods of Liberty Eylau, TX and Kathryn R. Howze and her husband Joshua J. Howze of Texarkana, AR; great granddaughter, Rileigh R. Easter and also a number of grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11am Saturday, June 3, 2017 at St Edwards Catholic Church with Rev. James West officiating.

Cremation is under the direction of East Funeral HomeDowntown.

A rosary will be recited at 6pm Friday, June 2, 2017 at the home of Maria and Stanley Woods, 6118 Castle Oaks Dr, Texarkana, Arkansas.
