The 8th annual Brandon Warren Razo rback Invitational was washed out by heavy rainfall Saturday afternoon, leaving Mother Nature the winner in the 20-team, two division event.

After six pool play games Friday, only two games were completed Saturday, due to a delayed start after the field received rain overnight and then the afternoon showers cancelled the remainder of the tournament, including today's games.

The East Texas Broncos, who lost a heart-breaker in extra innings late Friday, battered Camden Harmony Grove AA, 16-3, and the host and defending tournament champion Red River Credit Union/ TABA Razorbacks fell to Camden Pulpwood, 5-2.

The Texarkana Razorbacks AA were leading the Arkadelphia Badgers, 3-1, in the third inning, and Southern Athletics had rallied from a 4-0 deficit to tie the game at 4-all against Renegades Baseball when play was halted.

In the Razorbacks AA game, Philip Sissons singled for the Texarkana squad. Wren Williams followed with an RBI double and scored on a wild pitch. Later in the second, Kyle Choate belted a solo home run to make it 3-0.

TIE-RENEGADES 4, SOUTHERN ATHLETICS 4

The Renegades built a 4-0 lead through five innings, but in the top of the sixth Southern Athletics had a pair of hits and an error after free passes loaded the bases to knot the score before play was stopped.
