RUSTY ROWE

Robert Thomas “Rusty” Rowe age 78 of Hooks, Texas passed away Friday June 16, 2017 at his home. Mr. Rowe was born April 9, 1939 in Louisville, Mississippi

He was a retired United S ta tes Navy Engineman Chief Petty Officer and a member of Myrtle Springs Baptist Church, Hooks, Texas. One sister, Shelba Marsh preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife, of 59 years, Inez Rowe of Hooks, Texas, one son Greg Rowe of Hooks, Texas, two daughters and son-in-law Linda and Gregg Prewitt of Bedford, Texas, Sandra Browning of Hooks, Texas, one brother and sister inMickey and Betty Rowe of Hampton, Virginia, grandchildren Tabatha and Robin White of Bossier City, Louisiana, Robbin Delgado of Hooks, Texas, Kristopher Prewitt of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Charles Browning of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Miranda Prewitt of Hurst, Texas, Courtney Browning of Hooks, Texas, great grandchildren Juan Delgado Jr. and Sofie Delgado of Hooks, Texas and a number of other relatives and friends.

Services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at Myrtle Springs Baptist Church, Hooks, Texas with Rev. Kevin Schutte officiating. Interment will follow at Myrtle Springs Cemetery, Hooks, Texas under the direction of Bates Rolf Funeral Home, New Boston, Texas. Visitation will be Monday June 19, 2017 from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
