Gerald Webster, Deshun Dickerson, Orion Williams and Michael Conley had four tackles each, and Conley and Dickerson also had interceptions.

COACH STEVE WELLS’ COMMENTS: “We threw the ball really well, and threw it around to some different receivers. Decorian had a stellar game with

six touchdown passes and another running, Cross and Darty came up with big catches and big games.

“We knew going in that if we could win this game by more than five (points) that we would have a shot at the top seed and a district title. This put us in the driver’s seat. We did give up a few big plays; we’ve got to fix that.

“Overall, I was proud of the kids’ effort. They did what it took to win, and win by the margin we needed. We’ve got to take care of business at Quinlan (Friday), and hope Princeton beats Anna.”
