ROSE HIP SOUP

Ingredient­s:

4-oz. dried rose hips

3 cloves

1 cinnamon stick Lemon rind

1 Tbsp. white wine

1 oz. flour

1oz. butter

Sugar or honey to taste

Directions:

Soak rose hips and boil in one pint of water, with lemon rind, cinnamon and cloves until they are soft. Run through a fine sieve. Brown flour in butter and gradually add the soup. Sweeten to taste. Add wine and serve hot.
