CHEERS: To the 62 swimming and diving Tigersharks of TISD, Coach Vogan and staff for planning and executing a 500-participant TISCA swimming and diving meet at Texarkana College Nov. l6, 17 and l8. Schools from as far away as Houston will attend no doubt because of the beautiful Olympic-size facilities at TC and the meet’s history of careful planning and success by the team and staff. Parents and grandparents in addition to the participants always attend, giving an enormous economic boost to our hotels and restaurants. Great job, Tigersharks!—M.H., Nash, Texas
