Task force arrests 6 in drug operation
A months-long investigation into drug distribution in the area has led to the arrests of six people, and warrants have been obtained for eight more suspects.
Members of the Bi-State Narcotics Task Force, along with the Texarkana, Ark., Police Department, Miller County Sheriff’s Office, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation served a
second round of arrest warrants Tuesday on several people in Texarkana, Ark., Texarkana, Texas, and in Miller County.
The arrests resulted from an 11-month investigation by the task force into the distribution of methamphetamine in the greater Miller County/ Texarkana area. Subjects arrested during the second wave of this operation were also charged with offenses related to the delivery of a controlled substance, specifically methamphetamine, marijuana and heroin. Six arrest warrants served:

Michael Stovall, five counts delivery
Mitchell Cox, one count delivery (enhanced)
Dequintus White, three counts delivery (enhanced)
Markeis Richardson, three counts delivery (enhanced)
Eight arrest warrants have been obtained for:
