“Portable hand warmers are popular this time of year,” Parsons said. “And in addition to the weather prepping, they are after supplies that would be purchased any time of year, such as extra balls.”
Parsons says that new balls are necessary, as some need replacing, get lost in play, and such.
“Some golfers retire balls, too, that may have featured in a memorable moment of play, such as a hole-in-one. You have to replace those.”
