Fouke has four in double-figures in win over Ashdown

ASHDOWN, Ark.— Powered by outside shooting and a strong first half, Fouke posted its 16th win of the season with a 57-43 victory over Ashdown on Wednesday night.

Taylor Hardin led the way for the Lady Panthers, scoring a team-high 13 points, including two 3-pointers, and teammate Mallory Oliver, who also connected on two from downtown, finished with 12 points in the win. Lakyn Smallwood and River Watkins each added 10.

Ashdown’s Cambre McCullough scored a gamehigh 18 points and Lakiyah Rhone finished with 10.

Pleasant Grove 63, Paris 59

PARIS, Texas—Pleasant Grove came back from down 16 at halftime to defeat Paris on the road.

The Lady Hawks were led by Sha’Nequa Henry, scoring a team-high 16 points.

Monique Walker added 14 points with Madeline Haak and Abby Hines, both finishing with 12 points each.

Paris’ Kiaunsha Jackson led all scorers with 20 points.

The Lady Hawks, winners of 13 of their last 14 games, host Liberty-Eylau on Friday night at Hawk Gym.
