HORATIO, Ark.—Horatio blanked River at home, Cossatot 11-0. Dakota the Frachiseur received win on the hill for the Lions. Zach Izzo led Horatio at the dish with two hits and Wade Beasley added 3 RBI.

Texas High 12, Greenville 2

GREENVILLE, Texas—Texas High run-ruled Greenville in a district contest on the road. Walker Davis received the win on the bump for the Tigers. Jakob Hearne went 3 for 4 with a double and 2 RBI for the Tigers. Chris Sutton went 4 for 4 at the dish with a double, triple, and two singles with 2 RBI for Texas High. Cole Christen finished his night with a triple and 2 RBI, while Rian Cellers added a triple for THS.

Soccer Pleasant Grove 6, Atlanta 1

Pleasant Grove defeated Atlanta in boys soccer at home, 6-1. Tristen Williams scored three goals for the Hawks with an assist and Trace Clements added one goal with two assists. Josh Awuah, Nelson and Ben each scored goals for PG. Dylan Williams added two assists for the Hawks and Morgan Minor finished with one assist.

Pleasant Grove 7, De Queen 0

DEQUEEN, Ark.—Pleasant Grove’s girls soccer squad defeated De Queen in a nonconfere­nce contest on the road. Delia Tuttlebee scored three goals in the match for the Lady Hawks and also scored her 20th goal of the season with the hat trick. Aubrey Oller finished with two goals for PG, while Ashleyn Garner and Katie Hutcheson added a goal each. Hutcheson collected three assists in the match for Pleasant Grove and Sofia Tuttlebee contribute­d two assists.

Softball Texas High 4, Greenville 0

GREENVILLE, Texas—Texas High blanked Greenville on the road behind Mabry Smith’s 15 strikeout performanc­e. Smith also went 2 for 4 at the plate, with 1 RBI and two doubles. Ashley Wyrick went 2 for 4 for the Lady Tigers with two singles. THS is back in action this Thursday on the road, traveling to Hallsville.

Nashville 10, Fouke 0

NASHVILLE, Ark.—Madi Miller propelled Nashville over Fouke with a nine strike out performanc­e. Raley Potter and Brookelyen Cox each hit home runs and singles for the Lady Scrappers. Maci Goff added a triple and a single while teammate for Nashville, Addy Harmon hit a double with a single.

Liberty-Eylau 10, Pittsburg 6

PITTSBURG, Ark.—LibertyEyl­au edged Pittsburg on the road in a district showdown on the softball diamond. Isabella Gunderson received the win in the circle for the Lady Leopards. Savannah Phelps, Tyrah Venable, Victoria Foster and Kayla Norris, each went 3 for 4 for the Lady Leopards. Venable, Foster, Morris and Gunderson added an RBI for L-E.

De Queen 11, El Dorado 0

De QUEEN, Ark.—De Queen blanked El Dorado at home in a nonconfere­nce showdown in girls varsity softball. Lexy Taylor received the win in the circle for DQ and collected seven strikeouts. Reisa the Lady Bakenhus led Leopards with two at the dish home runs and 4 RBI. Kinlee Runnels added a home run, single and 3 RBI in the win for De Queen.
