New Restaurant Takes Shape in Texarkana
Jordan Purcell and Marvin Rackley, local contractor employees, work on the future location of Kyoto Teriyaki Grill at 3520 N. State Line Ave., Texarkana. The new restaurant will feature a full kitchen and drive-thru, with all menu items cooked to order. Owner Jung Kim also owns the State Line Chevron and the Fast N Low on West Seventh Street. The new venture will open in August.
