CHRISTUS expands its team of caregivers

CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic—Texarkana has expanded its team of caregivers with the addition of longtime community physician,

Dr. Mark Gabbie. Gabbie has practiced medicine in Texarkana for almost

30 years and will continue to see patients at the clinic located at 401 East Street, Texarkana, Ark.

“We are thrilled to be adding Dr. Gabbie to our outstandin­g team as we build and develop the CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic across the Texarkana region,” said Dr. Suman K. Sinha, market medical director, for CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic in Texarkana. “He brings a wealth of expertise and experience to CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic and is widely respected by his patients and communitie­s across Northeast Texas. He will be an invaluable asset to CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic and a wonderful resource in offering the highest levels of care to our patients here.”

Gabbie joins CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic after spending the last 14 years in private practice at Gabbie Medical Clinic and treating patients in Texarkana since 1989. He serves as the medical director of outpatient rehab services at CHRISTUS St. Michael Rehabilita­tion Hospital and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Board of Family Practice, the Arkansas Academy of Family Practice, the Arkansas Medical Society and the BowieMille­r County Medical Society.
