Music, children’s activities, more at Dine on the Line

Dinner tickets are sold out but there’s plenty of live music, oneof-a-kind vendors and children’s activities to be enjoyed from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday at Dine on the Line in downtown Texarkana.

Held on the ArkansasTe­xas state line in front of the Downtown Post Office, Dine on the Line provides unique shopping and entertainm­ent to raise money for Main Street Texarkana. This year’s Dine on the Line includes an Oktoberfes­t with profession­al brewers and homebrewer­s. Kids Corner and Oktoberfes­t have an admission, but the outside festival is otherwise free.

Here’s a music and entertainm­ent schedule:

■ 4 p.m.—Caroline Joyce sings, acoustic guitar music

■ 4:25 p.m.—Silvermoon Children’s Theatre present numbers from “Annie”

■ 4:35 p.m.—Mark Meadows performs compositio­ns on the guitar

■ 5 p.m.—Jase Bryant performs cover songs and rock music

■ 5:30 p.m.—Randy Altenbaume­r performs Scott Joplin and other classic piano pieces during a fashion show

■ 6 p.m.—Evolution of dance presentati­on by St. Jame’s Day School students

■ 6:15 p.m.—Texarkana Jazz Orchestra performs, mayors toast, dinner starts

■ 7:15 p.m.—T-Town Line Dance, presentati­ons

■ 7:30—Stacy James Mayo sings with the Texarkana Jazz Orchestra performing

■ 8 p.m.—Ethan Miller plays violin
