Texarkana’s fourth annual Dine on the Line and Oktoberfest

State Line Avenue, Texarkana This event will include local vendors, a kids corner, special awards, toasts and raffle prizes. There will also be a fashion show featuring local boutiques, a custom meal provided by Verona on Broad and live music by Texarkana Jazz Orchestra.
