COACH BARRY NORTON’S

COMMENTS: “I’m really proud of these kids. I told them I was just as nervous for this game as I was the very first game I ever coached. And that’s because I wanted them to win so badly, because it’s been so long for this program. But this win had nothing to do with me and was all about them.

“We talk all the time about how to handle adversity and I thought they handled it really well. They just kept fighting to get the win throughout the night. As a coach, you couldn’t ask for much more than that.”
