SAU to host tribute event for vets on Nov. 12

Wear patriotic colors to Southern Arkansas University’s annual Veterans Day tribute from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Nov. 12.

The event will be at the Reynolds Center, Foundation Hall, on the university campus in Magnolia.

The SAU President’s Ambassadors will provide shuttle services from the parking areas as needed. All veterans attending the tribute will be recognized.

Miss SAU, Reagan Grubbs, will be in attendance to welcome veterans.

Entertainment will be provided by SAU students and staff.

The SAU Brass Quintet will perform the “Armed Forces Salute” and play “Taps.” Lunch will be served in the Blue and Gold Cafeteria following the program.
