Charles Marvin Brazell age 87, of Fouke, Arkansas, died Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at his home surrounded by his family.

Mr. Brazell was born February

25, 1932 in Lafayette County, Arkansas and lived in Fouke most of his life.

He was retired from Cooper Tire and Rubber Company after twenty-six-years of service. He also was former owner of Garland Truck Stop. He was a member of Highland Church of Christ and a veteran of the United States Army having served his country in the Korean War. He was preceded in death by his infant son, Charles Marvin Brazell, Jr.

Marvin was an avid outdoorsma­n who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He had a fervent love for the Lord and his family and he adored his grandchild­ren.

He is survived by his wife of fifty-nine years, Bobbie Brazell of Fouke, Arkansas; two daughters and sons-in-law, Cheryl and Steve Tibbit of Genoa, Arkansas; Bonnie and Jeff Collins of Biloxi, Mississipp­i; one son and daughter-in-law: Chris and Angela Brazell of Fouke, Arkansas; one sister, Lois Parks of Texarkana, Arkansas; six grandchild­ren, Heather Doggett and her husband Jason, Josh Tibbit and his wife Kaleigh, Hali Gist and her husband James, Courtney Barentine , Taylor Barentine and Quinten Brazell, eight great grandchild­ren, Lane, Karlee, Hannah, Logan, Allison, Indica, Gianna and Emma and a host of friends and other relatives.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 P. M. Saturday at Texarkana Funeral Home, Arkansas with Chris Hooten officiatin­g. Burial will be in Knighton’s Chapel Cemetery near Lewisville, Arkansas.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 P. M.
