WANDA RAGLAND

Wanda Louise Ragland, age 83, of Naples, Texas, passed away Saturday, November 16, 2019, at her home. Wanda was born August 9, 1936 in Naples, to Omer Waylon Jacobs and Emma Paralee Cobb Jacobs.

Wanda was a member at Daniels Chapel Congregational Methodist Church in Naples. She worked as a nurse at David Granberry Memorial Hospital and East Texas Clinic. Wanda enjoyed reading, cross-stitching, cooking, flower-gardening, fishing, and spending time with her family.

Wanda was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Bo Ragland; one brother, Jimmie Jacobs; and one sister, Lura Ann Ellis.

Survivors include her husband of 61 years, Glen Ragland of Naples; one son and two daughters-in-law, Alan and Jan Ragland of Naples and Darla Ragland of Naples; one brother and sister-in-law, Ronnie and Linda Jacobs of Elkhart, Texas; two sisters and brother-in-law; Marion Birmingham of Lone Oak, Texas and Judy and Bill Robison of Omaha, Texas; five grandchildren, Matt Ragland and wife Dee, Jessica Ragland, Jo Ragland and Chad Suttles, Chase Ragland, and Shelby Ragland; four great-grandchildren, Millie Ragland, Miles Ragland, Cooper Suttles, and Charli Suttles; and numerous other nieces, nephews and other relatives.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, November 18, 2019 at Harrison Funeral Home in Naples. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at Daniels Chapel Congregational Methodist Church with Bro. Mark Mills and Bro. Ricky Knight officiating. Interment will follow at Springhill Cemetery in Naples.
