BRENDA STROMAN

Brenda Renee Stroman passed away Friday, January 31, 2020, surrounded by her family. She was the beloved wife of Doug Stroman for over 22 wonderful years! But her most treasured privilege was to be a mom to her daughter Erica! She lived and loved every moment she was blessed to spend with them! Brenda was preceded in death by her father, Orine Cannon and is survived by her husband, Doug Stroman, her daughter, Erica Stroman, her mother, Shirley Cannon, her sister, Debbie (Charles) Ashby, her brother, Mark (Angela) Cannon and many nieces and nephews.

She was a loving daughter, sister, cousin, aunt, wife, mother, and friend. Brenda was a member of Red Lick First United Methodist Church. Brenda loved country music, everything Disney, and sitting on the porch visiting with family and friends. She was a smart, caring, kind-hearted soul; she always made sure everyone was well fed and taken care of. She was a devoted fan of the Oak Ridge Boys and George Strait and could watch old westerns all day long! She always made sure things got done but loving everyone is the one thing she focused on.

Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 7, 2020, at Chapelwood Memorial Gardens, South Chapel with Pastor Ryan Stratton officiating. Burial is under the direction of Chapelwood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6:008:00 p.m. at their residence, 202 Private Road 1242, Texarkana, Texas.
