East Texas Giving Day raises almost $295,000 for nonprofits
TEXARKANA, Texas — More than 500 donations raised almost $295,000 for 19 local nonprofits during East Texas Giving Day on Tuesday.
Organized by the Tyler-based East Texas Communities Foundation, the event aimed to make donating to the charities of one’s choice easy through a one-stop website.
