RHANA DUBOSE
Rhana Lue Dubose, age 80, of Atlanta, Texas, formerly of Murfreesboro, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord, Thursday, June 11, 2020, at her residence. Rhana was born December 18, 1939, in Pike County, Arkansas, to Kester and Mary Dorne Stuart. She was a member and pianist of Red Bayou United Methodist Church, New Boston, Texas, and an organist at First United Methodist Church, Murfreesboro, Arkansas, and a member of the Friends of the Crater. Rhana retired as a bank teller from Murfreesboro, loved painting and traveling with Roland to new places in their motor home. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her first husband, Ralph Harris.
She is survived by her husband Roland Dubose of Atlanta, Texas; three sons, Hal Harris and wife Meri of New Boston, Texas, Todd Dubose of Smithville, Texas, John Dacus and wife Tammy of Atlanta, Texas; daughter, Kim Epperson and husband Grady of Maude, Texas; twin sister Thana Schoen and husband Jody of Little Rock, Arkansas; nephews, Scott Schoen and wife Liza, Mike Schoen and wife Yvonne; niece, Mercia Clinkenbeard and husband Bob; granddaughters, Sidney Foster and husband Josh, Kali Jones and husband Dakota, Jami Hilton and husband Travis, Kess Dew and husband Devin; Carly Allday and husband Hunter, grandsons, Brody Epperson and wife Meagan, Blaine Epperson and wife Anna, Ryan Flenniken and fiancé Heather; eleven great grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
There will be two services Wednesday, June 17, 2020.
Bro. John Barfield will be officiating the 10:00 am service at Red Bayou United Methodist Church, in New Boston, Texas.
Visitation will be from 9:30 am to 10:00 am, prior to the 10:00 am service.
Bro. Rob Evans will be officiating the 3:00 pm service at Roy Cemetery in Murfreesboro, Arkansas.
Both services will be under the direction of Hanner Funeral Service.
