Food Truck Frenzy will feature food trucks offering favorite fair food packaged to go from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. today through Sunday. Admission and parking are free. Food trailers will serve food in the food vendor area.

“We know that we are in a time where there is going to be a ‘new normal,’ and we want to show our community that we are making plans to create a fun and safe environment for our patrons during the upcoming fair and rodeo,” Four States Fair officials said in a news release.

Vendors include Lane Concessions, Preacher’s Kitchen, Westmoreland Concessions, Ragin Cajun,

All concessions are vendors from the Four States Fair and Rodeo.

Patrons will park in the main parking area and enter via the main entrance. Everyone will be required to wear face masks and have their temperature checked by FSF security prior to entry, at which time they will complete the COVID19 survey.

If they answer yes to any of the questions, they will not be allowed to enter.

“Basically to enter the grounds patrons have to sign a form stating they do not have COVID-19, nor have they knowingly been exposed or traveled to the hot spots. Temperature checks at the gate, and must wear a mask,” said Lisa Garner, chief operating officer at the Four States Fair.

Trailers will have at least 10 feet of space separating them. Goat panels will divide food trailer lines while spaces will be marked to indicate social distancing. Fairgrounds employees and food trailer workers will be required to wear facial coverings.

Food-trailer workers will be required to clean and sanitize the counter area and entire trailers.

Food trailers will follow Arkansas Health Department guidelines for food serving.

Seating and restrooms will not be available.

Sanitizing stations will be set up between food trucks. All condiments must be pre-packaged, and drinks must be served in bottles, or cups with lids and straws. Napkins and utensils will be placed in to-go containers by the vendors.
