JEERS: To radicals who claim America is inherently a racist country. What other country in the world, outside of Africa and the Caribbean, has elected a black man not once but twice to lead the country? Barack Obama received 43% of the white vote in 2008 and 39% in 2012. It is true we have individual racist in this country of all colors. Systemic racism ended in 1964 with the passage of the Civil Rights Act approved by a higher percentage of Republicans than Democrats. Police or civilians, black or white, who break the law will be prosecuted. It is time to move on.
