Harmon Edward (Ed)

Warren, born July 17th, 1936, passed from this world July 6th, 2020 in Port Charlotte, FL.

Born in the Great Depression, Ed worked hard, played harder, & appreciated life to the fullest. He traveled from coast to coast & everywhere between. He enjoyed hunting all types of game and loved being on the water, whether it was bass tournaments, deep sea fishing, or airboats. He had a fondness for the wild side, from horses and riding clubs, motorcycles and riding with the Hell’s Angels, to chasing beautiful women - until the right one finally tamed him just a little. A jack of all trades, he was a house painter, truck driver, salesman, store manager, and co-owner business. of his family drywall

A champion napper, liar, & prankster, you never knew if Ed would tell you a whopper, ask you to pull his finger, or snore through a favorite tv show. But if you told him you loved him, you could be sure to get a 10-4, good buddy!

His favorite person in the world was his youngest granddaughter, Jessica. If you had a minute, he’d tell you all about her. If you didn’t, he’d tell you anyway.

Ed leaves behind his brother, Curtis, son Brian, daughters Gayle & Kathy, and a whole slew of grandkids, nieces, nephews, family, & friends.

He is reunited with his parents, Marden & Ruby, brothers Howard & Harlan, daughter Tink, and his partner in crime, the love of his life, his fishing buddy and better half, Thelma. They are having quite the party, and we can all hear him say, “10-4, good buddy; over and out!”

Cremation & online guestbook provided by National Cremation Society. Memorial services will be planned at a later date.
