JESSICA LINDA EAVES

Jessica Linda Eaves, age 75, of Texarkana, Arkansas departed this life and joined her beloved husband at the Gates of Glory on July 13th, 2020. Linda was born December 31, 1944 in Texarkana, Arkansas to David F. Turbyfill and Jessie Bearden Turbyfill. She was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church in Fouke, Arkansas and was retired from the Texarkana Arkansas School District. Linda loved her family and loved cooking delicious meals for them. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Bob W. Douglas, sister Joy Douglas Turbyfill, son Randy Paul Eaves Jr., and by the love of her life her husband Randy Eaves.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Marianne and Gary Weems of Hope, Arkansas; Corey and Tina Butler of Royse City, Texas; Jennifer and Eric Kvarda of Texarkana, Texas; John Butler of Texarkana, Arkansas; Narissa Romero of Maryland, her sister Sue Lynch of Longview, Texas; Sister-inlaw Mary Douglas of Texarkana, Arkansas; Brother-in-laws Rusty Eaves of Texarkana, Arkansas; Terry Eaves of Houston, Texas; fourteen grandchildren and eight great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday July 16, 2020 at Macedonia Cemetery in Fouke, Arkansas with Rev. Kenny Polk officiating.

The family would like to say a special thank you to Stacy McKee and all the nurses and staff at Hope Haven Assisted Living for loving and caring for our precious mother.

At the family’s request, masks will be required both when entering the funeral home and at the graveside service.

Mrs. Eaves may be viewed Wednesday afternoon at Texarkana Funeral Home, Arkansas from 12 noon to 8 pm.
