NORMAN ENGH

Norman Harold Engh, age 91, passed away on Monday, August 31, 2020 at his home in Texarkana, Arkansas.

M r . Norman was born December 23, 1928 in Glendive, Montana. He was an active member of Beech Street First Baptist Church, until his failing health. Norman was retired from the United States Air Force as a Senior Master Sergeant, after 25 years of service. He served in World War II, Korean War and Vietnam. Norm was also a member of the American Legion. After retiring from the Air Force, he was a vocational teacher for 25 years before retiring.

He was preceded in death by his parents; four siblings; two sons, David Engh and Ronald Engh; one daughter, Mindy Engh and two wives.

He is survived by his wife, Gail Engh of Texarkana, Arkansas; one daughter, Cindy and her husband Jim Broussard of Franklin, Tennessee; four step-sons, Greg Mitchell, Jeff Mitchell, Will Goolsby, and Mark Goolsby; two grandsons, Austin and Bryan Broussard; one granddaughter, Erika Engh and seven great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 10am Thursday, September 3, 2020 at the Texarkana Funeral Home, Arkansas Chapel with Rev. Craig Jenkins, Rev. Richard Posey and Elder Sidney Owens officiating.

Norman will be laid to rest Thursday, September 3, 2020 at Forest Park West in Shreveport, Louisiana entombment will be under the direction of Texarkana Funeral Home, Arkansas.
