CHEERS: To the Gazette for publishing John Moore’s columns which are a refreshing addition to the paper. His columns are both interesting and lighthearted and fun to read especially during the current difficult times. — C.A.H., Texarkana, Texas

JEERS: The Democrat Party’s media marketing wing continues to distort Trump’s position. Implying that he is unwilling to “accept the will of the people,” if he does not state NOW that he will accept the initial vote count. Ignoring his statement, that an “independent verification” may be required. Also the justification for it, considering numerous cases of recent vote interference, and fraud, and especially since it is almost certain to worsen with widespread mail voting. Labeling him a dictator wannabe, as they hypocritically ignored the vote 4 years ago, remaining hell-bent on replacing him, as president. — D.H.M., Texarkana, Arkansas

JEERS: Turn off the TV and skip the commercials. I fail to understand how these overpaid players and gutless owners can accept all this dirty white money from a racist fan base. Let Jerry Jones keep his $20 watered-down soft drink, stale popcorn and $1,500 “nosebleed” seat. See who yells “calf rope” first! — C.P., New Boston, Texas

JEERS: I have watched the NFL for 65 years. Watching Sunday’s games was disgusting. Athletes should be terminated for disrespecting the flag and the U.S.A. They should have a real job so they could have some understanding. I will tune out of the 2020 season. — G.B., Saratoga, Arkansas
