TROY WISEMAN JR.

Troy Wiseman Jr. was born on December 28, 1947 in Hughes, AR to the fate Troy Wiseman and Jewell Gray Wiseman. He was also preceded in death by three of his brothers. Troy began his relationsh­ip with the Lord by uniting with St. Rest Baptist Chu rch , Ashdown, AR at an early age under the leadership of Rev. Thurston. He later joined St. Matthew Baptist Church in Foreman, AR under the leadership of Rev. Ronnie Keener, where he served on the Finance Committee.

He attended and graduated from Unity High School in Foreman, AR in 1967. He began employment at Milwood Dam in Ashdown, AR and later he went on to work at Lone Star Ammunition Plant in Texas. After working there for a number of years, he then went on to gain employment at Weyerhaeus­er Papermill in Valliant, OK where he retired after thirty plus years. During his retirement, he took up the hobby of gardening and fishing. He assisted with CAPPS garden in teaching the children how to properly plant and harvest crop. He looked forward to receiving visits from his special niece and nephew, Kimberly and Randall Threadgill who remained constant in his life until the end, and his best buddy, Joe Ed Royal, who would come to visit him every morning.

Troy later met and married Jacqueline Dixon on November 26, 1990 and to this union no children were born, however, they each brought two children from a previous marriage. Through this blended family, they have a total of ten grandchild­ren and one great-grandchild

He leaves to cherish his memories, his loving wife Jacqueline Wiseman. Two daughters: Sherry L. Wiseman, of Ashdown, AR and Joslyn McEwen of Little Rock, AR; two sons: Jeffery (Jessica) Sims of Foreman, AR and Troy D. Wiseman of Conway, AR; three sisters: Lucy (Michael) Runnels of San Pablo, California; Bessie Johnson and Lula (Glen) Mems of West Memphis, AR; two brothers: Willie Brown of Arlington, TX and James Brown of San Pablo, California; Ten grandchild­ren, one great-grandchild, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Viewing will be Friday, October 9, 2020 from 5:00 - 7:00 at the Madden Funeral Home Chapel in Foreman, AR. Graveside services will be Saturday, October 10, 2020 at 11:00 at Piney Grove Cemetery with Rev. Ronnie Keener and Elder Randall Threadgill officiatin­g.
