The Texarkana Cotillion Club has postponed the 2020 Debutante Ball.

The Great American Conference, Russellvil­le, Ark., has suspended all fall and winter sports through Dec. 31.

The 2020 Dragon Boat Festival hosted by HandsOn Texarkana has been canceled. The 2021 event is scheduled for May 22, 2021.

Party with Picassos “Roaring ’20s Style” and accompanyi­ng events have been canceled for 2020. The next Picassos event is scheduled for March 27.

Friends of the (Texarkana) Library bookstore remains closed until further notice.

Border Lows Camping Club has canceled all group campouts until further notice.
