- By Raye Smith

Slay another day: The queens are back to spread love and drag through America when the award-winning series “We’re Here” returns to HBO with its Season 3 premiere Friday, Nov. 25. The remainder of the season’s 10 episodes will air weekly on Fridays thereafter.

Heading out on another incredible road trip through small-town America, “We’re Here” follows renowned drag stars Bob the Drag Queen, Eureka O’hara and Shangela, all of whom are former contestants from the hit series “Rupaul’s Drag Race,” as they work to spread love, joy and connection to communities through the art of drag.

Each adopting “drag daughters,” made up of a diverse group of local residents, to show off their most expressive selves and perform in a special one-night show in each town they visit, the new season sees the queens take on Granbury, Texas; St. George, Utah; Brevard County, Florida; Jackson, Mississippi; and Sussex, New Jersey.

As the queens and their daughters share their stories, increase awareness and promote queer acceptance in their communities — sometimes facing difficulties with ANTI-LGBTQ+ legislation laws and discrimination — the series brings heart, understanding and togetherness through fun-loving performance art.

Created and executive produced by new talents Steve Warren and Johnnie Ingram, the new season of “We’re Here” is directed and executive produced by Peter Logreco (“Intervention”).apart from starring in the series, Caldwell “Bob the Drag Queen” Tidicue (“Tales of the City”), David “Eureka” Huggard (“American Horror Story”) and D.J. “Shangela” Pierce (“A Star Is Born,” 2018) also serve as consulting producers on the series.
