The Cass County Genealogical Society will hold its 2023 membership meeting Thursday, March 9th in the Fellowship Hall of The Methodist Church of Queen City at Marietta and Fourth streets, Queen City, Texas. A new C.C.G.S. member, Cal Brannon, will present “St. Patrick’s Day: From Holiday to Family Reunion.” The meeting starts at noon, with lunch served at 12:30 p.m. and the program will start at 1 p.m. The public is always invited. Caddo Trace Beekeepers Association will have its regular monthly meeting Monday, March 13 in the Agri-Life Building at 1708 Industrial Road in Mt. Pleasant. Hospice of Texarkana/Hospice

of Hope offers:

A new Adult Support Group for caregivers and those affected by the death of a loved one or needing emotional support during the pandemic, meets every other Wednesday from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Hospice Care Center, 2407 Galleria Oaks Drive, Texarkana, Texas. The first session for this group, lead by Maya Mason, LCSW, is March 3.

Movers and Shakers meets form 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. every Thursday in Central Mall at the tables near Chic-Fil-A.

A men’s Widower’s Support Group meets from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. every Thursday at the Hospice Care Center, 2407 Galleria Oaks Drive. Led by H.W. Hall.

An Adult Bereavement Support Group meets from 10:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. every Saturday at the Hospice Care Center, 2407 Galleria Oaks Drive.
